Since 1998, NEXUS for Affordable Housing, Inc., has owned and operated high quality, affordable residential communities, that bring long term benefits to our residents and the surrounding community in which we reside.
Currently, NEXUS is the managing general partner, in partnerships that are own and operate 26 communities, totaling over 2000 units throughout California. We are a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.
NEXUS provides housing to families, seniors, veterans, and people who are facing a range of personal challenges including homelessness.
We work with local civic leaders as well as public and private partners, to address the shortage of affordable rental housing. NEXUS, along with our partners, are dedicated to increasing opportunities for people to have access to an affordable home where they are proud to live.
NEXUS is committed to enriching the lives of the people who reside at our properties, as well as adding stability to the surrounding community.
