Bluewater will be 80 units of family housing and have a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and will include 8 VASH project-based vouchers for extremely low income veterans households. This family apartment community will serve households with incomes between 30% and 60% AMI. Project based VASH vouchers have been awarded for all of the 30% and 40% AMI units (8 units). The site will feature a corner plaza to meet the vision of the community plans and will provide connectivity to the pedestrian parkways and the neighboring parcel.
